The project consists of a single storey side and rear extension and landscaping. The new extension has been covered with a flat GRP roof incorporating roof lanterns, walls have been constructed of traditional blockwork cavity externally finished with K-Rend as has the external walls of the existing property.

Internally large steels have been inserted supporting the knock through, all walls and ceilings have been plastered and decorated with an office space, utilityroom, fully fitted bathroom suite and new living area. The rear garden area has been landscaped including the construction of supporting walls and new decking.

This project has been inspected by an independent inspection company as part of the joining criteria for the Federation of Master Builders & we passed with flying colours!
